The Landing Pad RV Park Agreement Rules, Regulations, & Policies

The Landing Pad RV rules and regulations are in place for the benefit of all Occupants. These guidelines have been carefully designed by The Landing Pad RV Management to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the pleasure of all RV Occupants.

Note: This document is in no way to be construed as a lease or creating a Landlord/Tenant Relationship for temporary or permanent housing.

1. RV Unit Requirements

RV sites are issued only for qualified mobile RV units. Buses, mobile homes and other altered vehicles are strictly prohibited to be brought onto the property. Incoming RV units must be 10 years old or newer (unless authorized by management) and easily moveable. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

2. Site Renewal and Fees

Sight renewals are renewed at the discretion of Park Management. Failure to pay fees will prevent renewal of any term agreements. For long-term stays, fees are due on the first of each month and are late on the tenth which will result in a late fee of 10%.

3. Site Appearance and Storage

The RV, vehicles, and permitted outdoor furniture must be kept neat, orderly, and within the designated lot. RV Sites may not be used for excessive storage. Patio furniture, portable grills, and bicycles are permitted. Items that are not labeled for outdoor use (indoor couches or furniture, ect.) may not be kept outside the trailer at any time. No outside refrigerators or freezers.

4. Trash Disposal

All trash is to be disposed of in the trash can provided or in the dumpster for weekly trash pick-up. RV Sites may not be used for excessive storage. Patio furniture, portable grills, and bicycles are permitted. Items that are not labeled for outdoor use (indoor couches or furniture, ect.) may not be kept outside the trailer at any time. No outside refrigerators or freezers.

5. Pet Policy

Please keep your pets on a leash. We ask you to pick up after your pets. No aggressive, threatening or disruptive behavior from any breed of animal will be accepted. Any animal that is creating an unwelcoming environment in our park will be asked to leave with their owners, with no refunds available. Ultimately, it is each pet owner’s responsibility to manage their pet and their pet’s safety. Thank you for understanding.

6. Mail and Packages

The Landing Pad does not allow mail delivery to guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail delivered to a third-party location for pickup. Packages may be delivered.

7. Behavior and Quiet Hours

Obnoxious behavior of any kind is not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 pm. – 8 a.m. A few of our monthly renters may sleep during the day on occasion due to work schedules so be mindful of your RV neighbor. No wild parties, loud gatherings, or loud music. Please be respectful to your fellow RV park neighbors and of “Quiet Hours”. All guests and visitors must be mindful of our RV park community.

8. Personal Responsibility and Risk

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up. Failure to comply with Park specifications may result in eviction, with removal of unit at the owner’s expense, and forfeiture of all fees and deposits paid.

10. Acts of God and Emergencies

In the event of a tornado, heavy winds, earthquake, flood, hurricane or any Act of God the occupant releases The Landing Pad from any liability that may occur to their RV. It is the occupant’s responsibility to manage their own RV in a crisis to the best of their ability.
